J.M.A aims to provide a comprehensive recruitment and human resources service to companies who:
- Have limited expertise in the recruitment selection process.
- Do not have the time to wade through the myriad of responses elicited by an advertised position.
- Have managers who are highly qualified in the various disciplines but who are apprehensive in dealing with Human Resource issues.
- Occasionally require the objectivity of an external consultant in dealing with employee related activities e.g. absenteeism control,independent internal selection,performance review systems etc.

Recruitment
JOB DESCRIPTION/PERSON SPECIFICATION: We prepare detailed descriptions and specifications with the Client's assistance,against which we assess the suitability of applications received.
EXECUTIVE SEARCH/ADVERTISING: We use whichever method is approiate to ensure the correct candidate is identified.
SCREENING: We screen ,interview and, where necessary, organise aptitude testing and psychological profiling of applicants.
SHORTLIST: We present a shortlist of candidates to the Client and continue to work closely with the company,assisting in selection if requirded.
REMUNERATION: We can advise the Client in the negotiation of the total remuneration package and assist in the preparation of employment contracts.
REPLIES: We reply to unsuccessful candidates.
